‘In battle we would fight naked to show no fear, and so we were known as great warriors. To believe in yourself is something that we were taught from a young age, and this is how I lived my life. Knowing no fear, even in the face of uncertainty, kept me strong, focused and true to my beliefs. Listening to, and respecting the gods and goddesses of the skies, the woods, the water, the animals and birds and all living things helped me to know the magic that this kingdom has to offer.
